Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

To visit the Amazon Rainforest, you can do it any time of the year: We have dry time from December to February, this is a time when we don’t have much Rain, and because of that, the Cuyabeno River ( Our main River for navigation ) decreases in level of water, from 3 to 5 meters deep decreases to 1 meter deep. It could be variable we never know.
The food at our  Lodge is excellent, At the dining area we enjoy trying delicious meals, or we take soft and strong drinks in a traditional bar, we have the opportunity to read some interesting books or just resting in the hammocks during the relax time. We provide daily nutritious meals (gourmet menus) during the trip and catering for vegetarians if you  require. Enough purified drinking water is supplied. Soft drinks such as coffee, hot chocolate or tea available all day and during the activities some snacks are provided too. Fresh juices from tropical fruits, local ingredients are served with most of the meals given to our clients.
There is no restriction for the age, but we recommend 4 years and above. For the expeditions with children we suggest private tours because it will be more  comfortable and enjoyable. A family experience with us will be great for your family because our guides are responsible, proud locals of the region and they are ready to answer any questions that come up during the activities. Don`t forget the jungle trails are hard to rate for everyone. The difficult level of each excursion depends on terrain and weather conditions and the fitness of the passenger. Children under 12 must be  accompanied by their parents or an adult.
People travelling alone can easily join our groups and they stay on shared acommodation, but if they want single accommodation they will need to pay an extra of 75% for single accommodation
